I think the best chance will be one of either Singapore or Thailand.
I hope it will be Thailand, the game vs Jordan at home is a must win, anything less than 3point is a failure.

Group A

On the next matchday (6 January):

  • Bahrain will qualify for the 2011 AFC Asian Cup if:
    • They defeat Hong Kong AND Japan do not lose to Yemen, OR
    • They draw with Hong Kong AND Japan defeat Yemen.
  • Japan will qualify for the 2011 AFC Asian Cup if:
    • They defeat or draw with Yemen
  • Yemen will be eliminated if:
    • They lose to Japan AND Bahrain do not lose to Hong Kong, OR
    • They draw with Japan AND Bahrain defeat Hong Kong.


Group B

On the next matchday (6 January):

  • Kuwait will qualify for the 2011 AFC Asian Cup if:
    • They defeat Australia AND Oman do not defeat Indonesia.
  • Australia will qualify for the 2011 AFC Asian Cup if:
    • They defeat Kuwait, OR
    • They draw with Kuwait AND Indonesia and Oman draw.
  • Oman will be eliminated if:
    • They lose to Indonesia AND Australia do not defeat Kuwait.
  • Indonesia will be eliminated if:
    • They lose to Oman, OR
    • They draw with Oman AND Kuwait and Australia draw.


Group C

On the next matchday (6 January):

  • United Arab Emirates will qualify for the 2011 AFC Asian Cup
  • and Malaysia will be eliminated unless Malaysia win by at least 5 goals.



Group D

On the next matchday (6 January):
  • China PR will qualify for the 2011 AFC Asian Cup
  • and Vietnam will be eliminated if:
    • China defeat Syria, OR
    • Vietnam fail to defeat Lebanon.


Group E

On the next matchday (6 January):

  • Iran will qualify for the 2011 AFC Asian Cup if:
    • They defeat Singapore.
  • Singapore will qualify for the 2011 AFC Asian Cup if:
    • They defeat Iran AND Jordan do not defeat Thailand.
  • Thailand will be eliminated if:
    • They lose to Jordan AND Iran defeat Singapore.
  • Jordan will be eliminated if:
    • They lose to Thailand.

Its very hard to say a word. We are all stuck in tough games. The only way to guarantee further pace is to win over. my god feeling-Thai team has the biggest chance.

Thailand will go to next round- i believe. VN is in the toughest group T_T so hard to defeat Syria or China B-) but i hope our boy will make a miracle.

I hope Vietnam could go further. Lebanon team is strong but nothing is impossible. With what Malay team just proved, i do believe that not just Thai (from my god feeling)but other teams could have good result in 2011 AFC Asian Cup.

Im thinking of a day when ASEAN has one team that has all talents from all members. I do believe that we are not just a powerhorse in economics but also in sports.

China is no longer that strong as compare to last time. They can be beaten at home. Singapore and Thailand have proven that Dunno where the hell can Vietnam been thrash by them. Syria is good but they are not as good as Iran or even Uzbek.
