SEA Games in Laos is fair ?

Everytime when it comes to SEA Games, I always heard complaints about the host is not fair to the athelets from other countries, especially the sports like boxing, etc...

What about SEA Games in Laos?
Do you feel that the game is fair and the judgement is fair ?

Please share your opinion

Laos improvement on many sports are very shocking.
And yes I think this is one of the most fairly SEA games.
Hope when it's our turn to be the host we can honor our region like this time.

You should blame your athelet first why did she refuse to lift 2nd and 3rd?
She did not fight untill end of game.

If it was predetermined to give this gold to Laos by both coaches, then I think it wasn't a fair deal. But, if the other side refused to lift, then I have nothing  to complain.

Yes I think it's one of the fairness in many Sea Games.

For me the host, Laos doing quite extremely well in term of selecting juries and Laos seems very understand about Spirit of Sports and Spirit of Asean.

Just hope it keep better and better for other Sea Games in future.

Well Done Laos! smile

i don't know about other sports, but for football, not happy about Myanmar vs Indo match had to play before Laos vs Singapore match, rather than holding two games at the same time.

They have only 2 stadiums can organise for football match, that is not so big problem my friend we have to accept it since we want every Sea country can be the host of this event

For me I think that How ever Myanmar won Indonesia your point just up to 4, is right?
Laos and Singapore just draw playing in game that enough for Laos and Singapore get 5 points to the semi final. Like other math in the world class play

Yeah, it's soooo stupid in terms of managers and the host. Or should I say it's so unfair.

But for the football team,If you were Laos or Singapore, did you do like they did ?

I think all the footbal world would do the same.

no no no, i am not not blaming on Laos and/or singapore.  I am saying that match organiser chould have done better, which is hold two games at the same time at different venue.

"Would we do like they did??"

well, it is up to the moral of the team.  Some of them will do the same as Laos vs Singapore match, but a lot of teams won't.  but most of the time, they will lose in next match, so no complain for that teams.  their action will haunt them down by itself.

they should hold the 2 matches at the same time, accordingly to FIFA rule. However, i feel that even if that happen, Laos and Singapore will still play for a draw, as ultimately a draw is enough to send both team to the semi final. Thus, this doesn't have any effect on the final outcome at all. Just hard luck for Myanmar but then they should have done better earlier in the tournament to avoid being in such situation.

then why don't they?  Because of the current schedule, b4 they start, they know exactly which team will go through no watter how they lose in laos and singapore game.

Becuase Myanmar win with 3:1, Singapore know they will go to semi no matter what in this game, so they don't put any effort. same go to Laos if Indo win.  In football match, if one team doesn't care result, whether they win, draw or lose, normally the outcome is boring match like laos and singapore.  I don't know about others, but i feel like they are not showing any respect to other teams and supports by playing like that.  They lost the purpose of playing football!!

Hard luck and match fixing is totally different issue.

nevermind, hope all teams would play with all their potential, so they have nothing to regret in future.

The onli thing i am unhappy abt is that:

Sinapore vs laos match in the group stage, where they played 2 hrs later than the Indonesia vs Myanmar match.

It is the last match, and to be fair and square, the 2 matches have to be played at the same time.

How was it possible, I asked ugg bailey boots, to walk for an hour through the woods and see nothing worthy of note? I who cannot see find hundreds of things to interest me through mere touch. I feel the delicate symmetry of a leaf. I pass my UGG bailey button 5803 boots lovingly about the smooth skin of a silver birch, or the rough shaggy bark of a pine. In spring I touch the branches of trees hopefully in search of a bud, the first sign of bailey button UGG awakening Nature after her winter's sleep. I feel the delightful, velvety texture of a flower, and discover its remarkable convolutions; and something of the miracle of Nature is revealed to ugg classic cardy. Occasionally, if I am very fortunate, I place my hand gently in a small tree and feel the happy quiver of a bird in full song. I am delighted to have the cool waters of a brook rush classic cardy UGG Boots through my open fingers. To me a lush carpet of pine needles or spongy grass is more welcome than the most luxurious Persian rug. To me the pageant of seasons is a thrilling and unending UGG classic cardy Boots, the action of which streams through my finger tips. At times my heart cries out with longing to see all these things. If I can get so much pleasure from mere touch Cheap UGG cardy Boots, how much more beauty must be revealed by sight. Yet, those who have eyes apparently see little. The panorama of color and action fill the world is taken for granted. It is human, ugg classic tall, to appreciate little that which we have and to long for that which we have not, but it is a great pity that in the world of light and the gift of sight is used only as a mere convenience UGG classic tall Boots rather than as a means of adding fullness to life. The husband agreed. So each of them went to a separate room in the house and thought of the things that annoyed ugg 5815 boots about the other. They thought about this question for the rest of the day and wrote down what they came up with. In life, there are enough times when we are ugg classic short, depressed and annoyed. CF
