Laos may win from the penalty kick after 90 minutes if Malaysia can not control the match well. If Laos score a goal in the first half, they can even beat Malaysia in 90 minutes.

Laos sou sou! ^^

In Laos vs Malaysia match. I think that both teams has equal chance to win.

Malaysia: Malaysia have prepared alot for this 25th edition SEA games. I always think that they deserve to get somthing from this competition. Perphaps, a medal. This team played against Singapore U-23, Indonesia U-23, Kenya, China U-23, Man U, Saudi, Jordan, Lesotho and UAE. They have only lost to Man U, UAE and Saudi. When the top striker Zaquan join Fakri and Norshahrul return, it will be difficult for Laos defence to stop them.

Laos: They have home support. They played offensive very well. With the attacking triple of L.Singto, Kampheng Sayyavutthi and Kitsada, it will be difficult or any team to stop them. Before this sea games, they have won the pre-sea games, participated in the BIDC Cup in Phnom Penh. They also lend their support from Hoang Anh Gia Lai (HAGL) in helping themselves to training.

Both team have alot of preparation for this Sea games. Both team don't deserve to lose. But there can onli be one winner.

all of those un-play match , people said : Lao is weaker.
all of those played match, people said : Lao is dangerous.

They are NOT ONLY host, but also STRONG team.
Lao is just weak in your thinking, not for real.

Thailand is an example. They live in dream so much, then wake up on earth is so hard.. Game still doesn't..

i think u misunderstood us-the malaysian fans

we are not overconfident or live in a dream..

but we only want to keep the faith that we can do it..
and we want always be by our team side..

actly, we envy the Vietnam fans...they have their faith in their team..and that makes their team stronger and confident to win the tournament..

we only want do what you do;as a fan we just want to serve our nation =)

Nice reviews, honestly I didn't know about Laos players but in my point of view I think Laos play fast attacking style and it's key for them to win. Just like they beat Indonesia 2-0 in group match.

Plus they are at homeground so it give us twice harder.

I don't thinkno Malaysia underestimate Laos as what we've learn in previous Sea Games.

Laos not only strong as a team but also mentally. Supporters will boost up their spirit to win.

i think this sea games will bring malaysia football to a greater height. ACtually the players (majority) are based from Young Tigers Team which they successfully toppled many clubs in Malaysia premier league.

The team has been added firepower by coach with few seasoned players (but they still under 23). They've trained together for almost 2 ++ years and raised maNy eyebrows when they managed to score against big team like Man United.

For tonight's game.. the only thing that they need is BELIEVE and with the selfbelieve, I am very confident that they will go to final ...

++ bet me for 2-0 for Malaysia ; goals by Shahrul Idlan and Shafiq

there are only 3 harimau muda (Young Tiger) players that make a cut to this sea games squad.. defender: Muslim Ahmad, defensive mid: K Gurusamy and versatile player: Mahaili Jusaili..Fakri Shaarani used to play for Harimau Muda last season.. yes, they have been played together for quite some time since they are U19 and this is the most promising batch for Malaysia.. After K Rajagobal has been named as national coach, he has upgraded u23 as our national team and theygot some privilege for having some hig international friendlies ahead of this Sea Games, that why Baosheng always reminded that they deserve something frm this sea games :)

these are some of the preparation:

Singapore U23 win 3 - 0 away
Indonesia U23 win 1-0 home - win 3-1 away
Man U - lose 3-2 and 2-0
Saudi Arabia NT - lose 2-1
Jordan NT draw 0-0
Lesotho NT win 4 - 0
Kenya NT draw 0- 0
China NT draw 0 - 0
Uzbez NT lose 3-1 away, 3-1 home
Maldives NT lose 1 - 0

You're right about Thailand. We do live in dream about we're No.1 in this region.
And I thank you Malaysia for waking us up and facing the undeniably truth.
We think we learn our lesson here.
