Laos team has been training with HAGL club in Vietnam for a long time. It's no surprise if Laos fans support VN.

For me I want to see Thai team vs Lao team in semi-final bcz if Lao vs Vietname means that Thai and Lao never meet to each other, I'm sure if Thai vs Singapore Thai will beat. So I'd like to see that is't real develop for Lao team.

Beside Lao team, I personally cheer all countries that partake in the event. We are peaceful people. Winning is not everything. Being a good person means more. Even if Lao athletes did not win any medals, I am still proud of them for representing our nation.

We cheer all, But might be special for Viet and Cam. 1st reason is we have a good history together, 2.helpful each other and never break down each other feeling. 3. More over Viet play very well.

When Thais play Indo, Malay, Sin and Pi, I cheer for the Thais. But when the Thais play against less develope countries like Vie, Cam, Mya I prefer to cheer for the weaker.

Because of the past issues, many Lao people still feel that Thai aren't sincere about our friendship and brotherhood even we knew we both came from the same root. It hurt when someone rob your treasure and enslave your family, more hurt when that person is your own. I know past is past, but it will take a long time for the wound to heal. I also hope Laos and Thailand become closer friend. Many thanks to Thailand and it's people for helping Laos in many ways to include this Sea games's sucess.
