Laos is well known for their lousy soccer team, they haven won anything for themselves before. Its amazing they won indonesia :O

Hey All Of My Friiends, You know.,The main problem is stupid of asean football federation arrangement. even myanmar or indonesia won with 100 goals. they can't reach to semi -final .so they no need to play 3rd match. because lao ( host team ) and Singapore ( clever team) will make DRAW Only to reach semi- final. SO AFF should use brain and update their knowledge.

Only thing I hate is about spirit of Players. Why Laos and Singapore don't play with Spirit?
They know that they are only draw they will go to semi-final together. So no teams try to make any scores. I think why don't make the competition with Myanmar vs Indonesia and Laos vs Singapore compete in the same time together. It's not fair for Myanmar. Seagame still don't have the standard.Shame On ...

Maybe I think Singapore know that Myanmar win over Indonesia 3-1. Singapore draw or
loss to Laos . Singapore will get to the Semi-final. So I think Singapore want to meet thailand.

yeah, myanmar got into same situation at 2005 seagame, but Thailand show the true spirit to beat Malay even though they don't need a single point.

that's a true spirit of the game. winining or losing is not important, trying ur best is the true value of the game. So even though Myanmar team get out from group stage, i am happy with their today performance.

For the semi: may true spirited teams win

well, if they 'genuinely' draw, then myanmar and indo only have to blame themsleves, noone else, not to play well in prev games...yeah if and only if both matches play int the same time!!!

yeah, i totally agree with u there are some teams which will do the same? But you have to admit that there are other teams which won't do. And which team do u think will get respect from other teams in region??

We can't blame the way they play, but they can't blame us not to give respect to them either..

but is it not the match organiser DUTY to prevent it? Why can't they let them play at the same time??

If they play at the same time, I bet half of the comments on forum will never come out..

In professional level matches normaly start at the same time in last round. But even when it was, Sing and Lao would draw, because they dont need to work hard for a unimportant match

. So AFF is not stupid

I have found a vietnames Laote, who plays for U23 Lao this Seagames. His lastname is DAO.

You should worry about Malaysia before thinking about the semi-final opponents. Yes, you look strong than Malaysia or any team "on paper". But in real game, who knows what's going to happen?

To me, Laos team looks really good and i'm not surprised if they become the next champion.

Singapore could not score any goal as their ambition was to keep the ball in their camp.
They looked like school children who have been told no to take risk, they don't know how to simulate a real match. How the players can consider as footballers?
