Dear Sirs,

It’s a great idea for the first time Lao People's DemocraticRepublic is the home of SEAGAMES. I think this is a good chance for your country to introduce your beautiful country to the the world.

Please permit me introduce something about me and my organization.

The Radio and Television Station of Vinh Long Province (THVL) is a media government organization. It produces and broadcasts Radio, Television programs in Mekong River Delta. Besides, it has also an on-line newspaper with the address: www.thvl.vn. With over 13 viewers in the area, THVL is the most favorite television station in Mekong River Delta. On December 2009, the SEAGMES 25 will happen in your country. It is considered as the most important sport event of ASEAN. To help the local MekongRiver delta peopleget more information about the most interesting completion; our Radio and Television Station intends to sendthe crew (including 7 people) to propagate about this.

I have already downloaded the application form accreditation from the officialwebsite of SEAGAMES 25 (http://www.laosoc.com/downloadfor/Application_Form_Accreditation_Cat_SEAGF.pdf) . However, it’s difficult for me to fill it; for example, on the section 12 “Sport/Discipline, I don’t know how to fill in “Function”.
