about catholicism in Indonesia :

Roman Catholicism in Indonesia is one of the six approved religion in the country, the others being Islam, Protestantism, Hinduism, Buddhism, and Confucianism. According official figures, Catholics make up 3.05 percent of the population in 2000.This would yield the number of the Catholics to about 6,5 millions.The history of Catholicism in Indonesia began with the arrival of the Portuguese in search of the Spice islands in the 16th century.

in Indonesia we have a province which is often referred as a "Catholic Province" in Indonesia,that's East Nusa Tenggara Province. About 90% people in East Nusa tenggara practice catholicism.while Protestant,Islam,Hindu and Buddhist are minorities.

The Place was name Bunaken.Bunaken is one of the most beautiful marine park in the world.Bunaken Located in the city of Manado,the capital city of North Sulawesi Province,Indonesia.Not only the sceneries of the natural state is beautiful ,but also underwater life.
