Dear Vietnamese and all ASEAN brothers & sisters ^^

This is my first post on this forum, however, i kept watching every post every day before sleeping and all I can say it's just WOW .

This forum is such a tiny, temporarily place for a HUGE part of the world come into share, learn and "fight" each other, it's us .

I'm from Vietnam and it's really easy to realize that there are so many VNese in this forum besides other friends. I have been working for Sport Administration and Vietnam Football Federation for a while, however I moved out of Vietnam sport industry cuz it's not my favorite major. That might be a brief about myself getting to know each other .

From my point of view, there are so many unneccessary quarrels in this forum was raised, we are from different countries but under the same hood. There are different cultures and perspective comming from different countries, we should look up and respect each others, that should be the way of culture exchange needed to be apply, not the way of making fun of other's dark side or even should not mention about politics in this forum cuz it is sensitive .

However, it's really nice to learn something new from you guys , I've been in Malaysia, Singapore before (just a couple of days working there). Also travelling to Laos, Thailand and Cambodia by myself as a back packer. Your countries are so beautiful and part of your countries make me feel like being home cuz we are ASEAN rite .

Anw, a little far from my main purpose of registering and making this thread, I wanna share my opinion about how VN sport can grow that fast and why we like craziest fans among ASEAN countries. As you can see via this SEA Games, our athletes compete with their best efforts with love and passion, with the honor of our nation, and also our fans, which I realized some of other countries lack of, so sorry friends to be frankly.

Football is an example, we always have the 12th players on the field not important where they play, even half round on earth, the fans are part of Vietnam football team as you can see, their loves are transfering to become passion for each player on the field. And for our friend Thai, as a Vietnamese people, I can tell you that Vietnamese love Thailand as much as Laos and Cambodia (Indochina region), we always see you guys from the positive perspective. And we also respect your football team a lot, even after our champion on Mydinh stadium last year of AFF Suzuki Cup, we still consider you guys are no.1 in ASEAN football, not only the experts but also the normal fans, like me, my bro and my dad .

You should not forget your failure this time, remember it (I'm talking as the point of a fan's view, not like some one said, learn it as a lesson, 2morrow will be different, it's for your coach, your team, not for you guys), remember your failure but NEVER stop believing and loving your team, it is the best thing for you to raise passion for Thailand players (which I have not seen it from you long time ago).

The reason for that advise is from ourselves, thank you Thailand, it's you who gave us so many losts for us to try and overcome challenges, to let our Vietnamese fans to love and belive in our players every moment they step up. Even during the worst time of Vietnam Golden football generation few years ago that you might remember. Almost the whole best players that Vietnam football have ever had ended up their career in jail, so sad ... but we still love, still believe in our nation, our athletes for a brighter day to come.

That might be a little lesson from Vietnam for you to know and to think about.
