Does anyone know if there is a website where I can buy tickets for the opening ceremony? I'm currently in Australia and won't be in Vientiane until 8th November.
There are rumblings of an online system, but I've not heard of anything from the company (Vongkhanty Construction Company) supposed to make the tickets. I'd that information with a grain of salt (or rice). Guess the best way would be to get a relative or someone there to pick up the tickets for you.
