If not mistake, I think all sport athelet will come to Laos by airplane by landing at Wattay International airport. Just in case, Thai, Cambodia and Vietnamese athelet may come to Laos by land, by crossing the border. This probably the cheapest way. All of these transportation to Laos, I think it is bear under the budget of each country.
